Our firm's roots are in the small business arena. When attorney M. C. "Mike" Williams, founded the firm in 2002, it was after years of successful ownership, operation and sale of an international import-export business dating back to 1990, handling over 5,000 items in the steel, lumber, hardware, and chemical industries across five Asian countries. Only then, after understanding small business hands-on from the ground up, did he go to law school, galvanizing his commercial skills with legal expertise focused on real business legal needs. Business law from the businessman's perspective became his forte, and his firm is anchored in this framework. After receiving his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, Michael founded Williams Law, P.C. in 2002, on the principal of offering business owners “more law at less cost.
